11 vehicles involved in wild crash in North Miami Beach

A car accident in North Miami Beach led to the closure of Biscayne Boulevard recently and has the police investigating the wild accident scene. Photos from our source article show the damage that was done and the vast amount of vehicles that were involved in the crash.

Unfortunately, not much information has been released about the accident itself. What we know at this point is that numerous people were injured and that one of those injured people had to be hospitalized in critical condition. There were also at least 11 cars involved in the crash. Later in the evening, the police had cleared the scene enough to open up Biscayne Boulevard again.

There are a couple of things to take away from this story. The first is the nature of pile-up accidents. These are inherently complex events with numerous vehicles, drivers, driving behaviors, driving actions and, yes, insurance companies. All of these factors play a role in determining liability and then having the liable party (or parties) held responsible. It can often be overwhelming to deal with it all, so it is important to have legal counsel on your side if you think your interests aren't being properly represented.

Which brings us to the second point: when negligence or reckless driving can be proven in a car accident and you are suffering from injuries and property damage as a result of that accident, then you should consider a personal injury lawsuit to hold the at-fault party responsible.
